Last week we were doing our Duct Cleaning Service for a customer in the GTA. There was a sticker on their furnace indicating that the last time they had their ducts cleaned was from a different company just over 5 years ago. Given that, we had expected to find a lot of dust but we were shocked to find huge chunks of debris, rusty nails and even plastic garbage inside the ducts. All of this would likely have been left from the workers who originally built the house. It just goes to show you that not every company that has duct cleaning written on their truck or business card actually knows what they are doing.
